Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PosalFlow ("the Service"), operated by PosalFlow ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PosalFlow is an AI-powered proposal generation platform that helps agencies and freelancers create, send, and manage professional business proposals. The Service includes AI content generation, proposal editing, client management, digital signatures, PDF export, and template management.

3. Account Registration

To use PosalFlow, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Pro plans are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
  • We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email.
  • The Free plan includes limited usage (5 proposals per month, 3 clients). Exceeding limits requires an upgrade to Pro.

5. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using PosalFlow — including proposals, client information, templates, and meeting notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Proposals generated by our AI are created based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should be treated as a professional draft requiring your review.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Do not use automated scripts to access or scrape the Service
  • Do not upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Do not impersonate another person or entity
  • Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

8. Data Export & Portability

You may export your data at any time in PDF, CSV, or JSON format. We will never hold your data hostage or make it difficult to leave the platform. Upon account deletion, we retain data for 30 days before permanent removal.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosalFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
